ok, if she's preggers, then how? with the doctor dude she was briefly seeing? there's wasn't much to suggest their relationship had become physical, was there?
also, I think a lot of her standoffishness towards Castle is because she's afraid to really commit to a person she's in love with, and doesn't want to admit her feelings for Castle. There's been some stuff already this season where she's gone to the psych doc, and she remembers stuff. Also, factor in the stuff brought in last season about her mom and her obsession all of this time over solving the case. That case *was* her life, and even though she briefly dated doc boy, she's finding it hard to commit to any relationship or anything in general because of her drive to solve her mom's murder.
