i really wanted to get a christmas job this year (i will have an expensive 2012), but

we had too many family obligations that would have made me a bad employee.
i would still take something that came up as casual or occasional. i'd rather sock the money away up front then try to pay it off (with interest) after the fact. expensive weddings make no sense to me (if you can't afford them, like me), but even a simple one costs money so i'd like to prep ahead.
