it is one option, yes.

i really dont like the idea of blackmail.

and it could possibly ruin my career if i had to turn stuff in, since I didnt quit at the time.

but i also know that the IRS is auditing our biggest tax return (personal and corporate) and i know the schemes he was using on it and others.

note: i didnt work on these returns, but all the audits we did have my initials on them.
