Thinking about LaRussa, why do you think the Cardinals are able to compete so successfully from a small market when that is rote excuse for others?

Why can Pittsburgh never put a successful baseball team on the field. Is it just management and market size is irrelevant? Or is that the Steelers get all of the sports entertainment dollars in Pittsburgh and the Pirates get left out? Is there really anything to the small market issue? Or is it as much a management or even a cultural issue that is determitive?
