I'd include publicly available stats on them (revenue, etc...) but I wouldn't put specific clients in a resume.

If nothing is publicly available, use descriptions and general business category. "Top 100 widget maker"

From b2, the guy is tax but I think the firm does audit too (I should have made that clear)
