Ok...so help me out with something. It's sounding more and more like my employer is going to force me to get a flu shot...I don't want a flu shot.

it doesnt matter anymore. its like how many wont hire people who smoke, regardless of the job they do at the hospital.

The issue here is, the only way they're "allowing" us to decline is for medical or religious reasons.
