It's a perfectly plausible plot... if you first posit that the Secret Service is entirely incompetent.
What the hell is Matthew Fox's motivation in this - is he supposed to be Arabic or Spanish or..what? (I hope not, his Spanish is awful).
I like that the terrorists' plot is foiled because they don't have the heart to run over a ten year old girl.
