I fired it off last night and couldn't change it back fast enough.

But I was looking for a specific email and didn't want to spend time getting used to the new look...but I didn't sit down and test drive it like I will.
If they simply group the functionality in one place, instead of a mix of buttons and drop downs, on the top/bottom and to the side, it'll be a plus. That's my biggest gripe.
