That was the move they agreed upon. Their logic was that she was the least likely person to get it. I'm okay with that. Anyone they use it on is guesswork. That's why the cowboy was so hilarious with his WTF? reaction when he realized he had been picked.
I disagree that there were only three people they wanted out. In reality, they didn't care who. They just wanted the number. After that, they can start adding logic to the picks. On the first one, you could make an argument for a couple of people or you could just make it random like the other tribe did. It could go either way and I actually prefer the random because people create their own rationale when you do it that way. We see this a lot with Foxes and Hens, the abandoned game that was all the rage on ST for a couple of months.
