Wow - really cool first episode imho - I like the way they are thinning the pack of chefs & was glad they got ruthless with eliminating some - it will make the competitions fierce - some really good cheftestants picked I think - I like the vibes - no asswipes it appears.

I'm also liking that they have Emeril - I've missed him since his show left food network :)
