The talk of cutting the F35 version for the marines...that's a bad idea. The idea of going down yet another aircraft carrier...a really bad idea.

There's a lot of cutting that can be done but some of what's possibly going to happen is a really bad idea. You can forget about being a military superpower in your lifetime. Welcome to being Britain.
