In response to "SITWAP: Man sues wedding photographer for $48,000, 8 years after his wedding -- (link)" by Strongbad

Contracts for wedding photography do not typically specify which photos will be taken, usually just how long a photog will be on site and how many

prints/sizes. and I can't imagine not having a clause that says any failure or ommission claim is limited to any payment/deposit paid, so whatever the guy paid for the package should be all that he can sue for. this clause standard on even quickie preprinted contracts from NEBS.
