But if it says "photographer will be here from 4-8pm" and the photographer sits at the bar for those 4 hours, is he not liable for something? Something more than refund of fee?
Responses:
contracts offered by the vendor tend to weigh heavily on the vendor's side. though in your senario that would be misrepresentation to the point of
