he worked or a mom and pop organization but they ran payroll through a staffing company - so if the staffing company finds odd/ends jobs for him or temp ones - how does that affect his unemployment?

he wants to go work for his Dad some ( under the table) - he can't turn down jobs from the staffing place - right? do they pay the difference of his prior pay check to what he makes at a temp job?

It totally depends on the state. In NY and VA I was told that temp jobs would not impact UI. more inside. - loosilu Nov 3, 12:14
