i get that, but, if i'm working 36 hours a week at a temp job, i really don't think i should be getting my UI money on top of that.

like, that's a full time job. it might be a *temporary* full time job, but it still is a full time job.
If you are saying that when that temp contract ended you couldn't resume benefits, then yes, that seems wrong.
but, i might be misunderstanding what you are saying.
