that you can also push up to straighten up. In other words, you dive down then push the down button to elevate. There are places where you need to maintain the same flight level to complete these. Pushing up does this, something I hadn't realized. After I saw that in a video, I did two of the remaining three in fewer than five tries, one of them on the first try.
