One way I know this is that I was at 79% before I downloaded the Nightwing stuff. He only does challenge maps, and comes with two more. I dropped to 77% after I added the Nightwing stuff.
You also need to do all the side missions again in new game +.
I still have no idea how to get the last one for Catwoman, with the jumping. The only other Riddler thing I have left is grapnel boost takedown.
