This is where my concern lies over any for-profit insurer. Their primary job is to maximize return for shareholders.

Which means increasing revenue and/or cutting cost as much as possible.
I would (guess) that a NFP is designed to serve it's clients to the best of their ability.
It'd good to hear all sides, and I'm glad to hear the folks on back boards have generally like them. I had come across a bit about rate hikes already which of course concerns me.
