As you know I was working in the countrywide call center. I accidently disconnected on a customer that call was monitored because I didnt call the customer back which I didnt and I screwed up there to them I had intentionally hung up on a customer which was a call handiling violation. So because I was terminated due to what is considered misconduct. I can be disqualified for unemployment benefits. So I had to apeal it and even though they cant prove it was intentional. I couldnt convince them it wasnt.
