We have the worst network people here...

Have a video call that looks like crap, is freezing, pixilation. Network analyst says he doesn't believe there's a problem. Says he fixed it. I can SEE the problem.

I also had the network architect give me a lengthy explanation as to why a device has to be behind a firewall. I told him that explanation no longer applies since we've isolated the trouble item he mentioned, we've talk to the manufacturer, and there is an internal firewall that prevents any network threats. He said he doesn't care and called the manufacturers liars.
