How long can I keep blaming my predecessor?

It has been three months and I am still finding shit out.

IRS - didn't file returns in 2009 and 2010
Didn't file Property tax returns earlier this year
Calif Sales Tax - Not filed Not filed for earlier this year
Calif Income tax reports Not filed for earlier this year.

Even though he is an old man and a grandfather, I would kick him in the nuts if he was standing in front of me
