poking! not yet. I did in the past. I am still hyperinsulinemic (insulin resistant). I still take metformin.

I've taken metformin for 9 years or so to lower insulin. At first I lost a bunch of weight on it, then slowly gained it back. am wondering if I need to go up, after all this time.

I did stick myself a few years ago, to check out the insulin resistance. pain in the finger. so happy I am not doing that currently.
