almost no fat salad dressing, spray some Pam Olive Oil on it first, or drizzle a spoon full of oil, toss and toss it everything gets a slick of oil...

now add some basic vinegrette, I like that german salad vinegar and dilute it with water half and half, some salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar.

actually mix a spoonful of one of those toriani espresso flavors like raspberry
