So Sam is back at daycare for the forseeable future (until surgery or until her back pain recedes to prior manageable levels). So I've got to add about 20 minutes to my morning commute, getting him to and from our daycare, plus the extra time in the house to get him ready to go (which admittedly SheFox handles most of).
