We can't afford to seperate or divorce (and we are still trying to work it out) and a quitclaim seems like one of us could get screwed.

    - You have to have a Hardship reason to be approved to short sell. So, we outlined several reason and one of them was likely divorce. So, now they want - sycor Nov 7, 08:59 5
