I forgot about the rushing. I just looked at the other QB stats and Dalton has him on completion %, TDs, less INTs and less sacks. The QB rating is

negligible.

And both of them are QBs of bad teams. 1 is 6-2, the other 2-6.

But I did forget about the rushing, so I guess that could push him over the top.
