have no idea how I can prove this). this of course depends if the current record I found of 26 is correct.
used to have a cockatiel. had him for about 10 years or so. I couldn't recommend one of those though because the one I had was such a dick. he was probably abused before I got him though, so it really wasn't totally his fault.
in a nutshell, birds are awesome
