You would think people submitting a grant proposal would do a better job at proofreading.

I'm reviewing a grant and after the first or second spelling/grammar errors I was thinking no big deal and I'll just be more concerned with the substance of the proposal. But as they pile up I feel like I have to bring this up in my review.
