I'm intrigued, but have never worked with bok choy before. Best way to cook just in a rounded pan? -- nm

yeah, i just chop it into about inch long pieces and cook it in a normal pan.. no need to cover it.

oh, just buy baby bok choys and cook whole. put in a pan with just a little water, cover and boil/steam for only a few minutes. -- nm
