Haven't used it with a phone- just PC headsets, but it's fantastic. Very clear with little delay. Conferencing is very nice, too.

I had one bad experience, which was a call to a land line in Costa Rica, but for $.02/min, I didn't mind at all since Sprint wanted to charge me $4/min.
