yeah, i just chop it into about inch long pieces and cook it in a normal pan.. no need to cover it.

the stalky part soaks up anything you put into it, so it flavors very nicely. takes about 15 minutes to cook, but it reduces down a ton, so get maybe 2 bunches for 3 or 4 people.

i season pretty heavily.. few cloves of chopped garlic.. sometimes add some mung bean sprouts near the end for a little crunch.
