It's a variable slide bar....you can select anywhere from 1-20%. And given that the historical ROI in the market is 10-11%...it's not at all out of

left field. Instead of seeing how much money we 'waste' on unnecessary things; we're arguing about whether the interest rate is right on a variable slide bar...that's handles just about every single ROI we'll ever see.
