Those days I log on and get at least one of the challenges done. Usually two.

The way my nights work is during Bub's bath time/bedtime I play X-Box sporadically for 30-90 minutes (usually Reach). I usually log back on later and that is when I play BAC. More and more I have been playing BAC in that first window and then jumping on Reach for 10-20 minutes at the end.
