I look out my window (right now) to the SB across the street and see the same people sitting there for hours and hours, day after day. Same people as yesterday, last week and the week before. There is never a seat available... ever. And they lose a lot of business because of it. Closing the restrooms will make room for more paying customers. This is not about employee potty breaks. It's about turnover. SB is not a public service. It's a business.
