had the problem 2 years ago it almost went to the labour courts

actually they wanted us to not take a vaccation in the fall and take one between Christmass and Newyear instead.
it was more profitable to close shop between xmass and newyear so they said
that way we would be giving up a full week of vaccation AND not decide for ouerselfs when to take vaccations
i don't mind to give up a weeks vaccation IF i get compensated AND it is b/c of orders from customers but i DO mind doing it couse they think i saves them moeny
