The only time I actually called (they call me though) was to tell them his grades fell below a 3.0 and he was losing the good student discount.

His rent went up, and I was almost hoping he'd move out, but they said no problem, let us know if you need anything else.
I am anticipating an awesome Christmas present from them this year.
