is it H/W (cache?) or S/W?
We're finishing up testing for a Cache Upgrade in January. It's gone remarkably smooth.
The 5010 (and ICD10) stuff is another matter.
You guys should be proud to be live ahead of the date. That's impressive. We've never done that.
