sorta what I thought. Sleep might be fucked but the job would be good and would allow me to take every penny from my renters and pay off debt - 6 months at 1200 a month would help a lot to get farther from the edge and its better than UI.
JCP is supposed to be an amazing company and they are 5 min away and thats like 350-400 a month more towards bills.
OK talking it out would make it a no brainer - now that its all laid out
