Rubber Man did kill them, but since the costume had been left behind anyone can wear it and any/everyone who is dead in the house can make an appearance at anytime.
I think I thought of Sylar's husband 'cuz he's a sex addict and also because of that line he said to Dylan McDermott that one time - something about he didn't know he was gay either until some man was sucking on his c*ck. And a gay man getting Connie Britton preggers might be something Ryan Murphy might want to explore.
