Z's stuffing report, we had 3, italian sausage, a 'gluten free' one and one with mushrooms but no nuts. the turkey was brined alla Alton Brown recipe

and was very nice. they also made a cranberry sauce that bridged the traditional canned goo all the way to fresh crisp, excellent.

we brought this german apple cake (has six half apples set into it, the batter rises up and almost over them.

and 4 bottles of "90" point wines.
