i know 80% of you are going to go 'ewwwww', but we've become addicted to 'parsnip fries.'

i took a couple parsnips, slicked them up like french fry size, tossed in olive oil, salt and pepper and baked for about 25 minutes (flipping halfway). they were seriously yummy. and i don't like parsnips much.
try it.
