That campaign and the related challenges are part of the Robin dlc pack. Just like the Wayne Manor stuff is part of the Nightwing dlc pack.

I like that they had the cutscene to connect them, and wished they had something similar for the other campaigns.

The dlc stuff is separate from the other stuff when it comes to 100% completion (except for the storyline Catwoman stuff, I think).
