The only problem is, that's hard to do in practice because it's so much harder for the refs to swallow their whistles now.

The rules no longer have the leeway in them to allow for meaningful retaliation.
Unless Suh is at the bottom of a pile trying for a fumble or something. Then he could come out eyeless.
