Ok duly noted and added to my learning curve. My brother called me over the holiday and gave asked and said:

Marty: "Look david how much time do you spend trying to figure out why a woman might like you to do things with you...?"
Me: "Um a lot as I try to anticipate where things might go (even with just friends situations) - as dad used to tell us anticipate their needs and wants."
Marty" Yeah david thats nice but fuck that. You will never truly anticipate what they want, or ever figure out why they do what they are or why theymay or may not like you. If shes there and she likes you enjoy it as long as it lasts. DO NOT waste any effort trying to figure out why. They are adults at our age and will do what they want how they want with who they want, no matter what YOUR plan is. Just let life come and enjoy the good and try to dodge the bad. Women are not about anticipation they are about reflexes"
