The best cheat for Skyrim is called getting enchanting to 100 and then giving yourself -100% cost to destruction magic. You can cast thunderbolt, icy spear and incineration infinitely.
With 100 enchanting you can put two enchantments on each item, which means you can have 0 mana cost for two schools of magic. I am using conjuration and destruction with no mana cost and the game is effectively broken. You can out-DPS every mob or fight in the game. And with 2 super-powered, permanent atronachs, no mobs even get close to me.
The best way to do so is on your way to lvl 100 black smithing as well.
you'll need quite the bit of gold or quite the huge amount of resources.
you'll need iron ingot and leather strips for the iron daggers around idk 500 each? )might be less or more can't be sure)
create a vast quantity of iron daggers then buy, farm a excessive amount of petty soul gems filled enchant all your daggers and voila level 100 enchanting and blacksmith in no time.
The way did it was slowly buying the materials crafting a fee around 30-40 daggers farming the gems then enchanting them selling back to optimize gold loss and repeat.
