but the Director is considering me for the MGR and SR MGR jobs...the first would be about 15-20K more than last job and SR MGR would be at least 30K more - sorta want one of those please.

My roommates are pretty darn cool so far. Nice people and the female part of this fiance team just told me she got her HR department to try to get approval to interview me for an IT MGR job there and would be in department she just got promoted too...come on internal referral bias
