Oh well, now I have nutmegs!

I have this great food co-op a block from my condo. It's small three-aisle storefront, and yet it's magical what they have in there, including a great bulk spice section.

I didn't have a grater or a nut crusher or anything, so I put it in a plastic baggie and hit it with a meat tenderizer. Not perfect, but this is a test batch.

Need to go investigate these microplane grater now.
