We looked at this pretty extensively in the last week.

The top two upgrades by far are Siri and the camera. SheFox's #1 feature she cared about in a new phone was the camera, so that's why we went for 4S. The camcorder shoots in 1080p instead of 720p, so there's that also. And as an iPad owner, the features of iCloud are very appealing to her.
