a similar depression where she'd be fine for weeks and then three or four days of this really ... deliberate depression.

so she went on meds, right? and the meds regulated her ok times way down, so she was one click north of her darkest times all the time, not one click below her happiest times.

it was so awful to watch all of her friendships dissolve over it, but eventually most did. she was a completely different person.

so like not medicating wasn't the right answer but medication wasn't either. it's so sad to watch people suffer like that. no answer. you know?
