No what I am saying is that I dont try to think about giving the perfect answer but...

I have been doing this a long time and am good atit and they sometimes come out sounding that way and not sure how to better couch them.
Never had this particular feedback before
But Znufrii....I am THAT good - i may suck at not oversharing and other things but one thing I am very very good at is running a service and support group. I have rebuilt 2 suport orgs in a row with process and procedure I sort of worked myself out of a job...they say thats the goal of a good leader but it blows looking for new work :)
